"INSURANCE NOT ACCEPTED/
SLIDING SCALE PAY ONLY"
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Since 2008, I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of helping families, couples, and individuals navigate life’s difficulties and challenges. I’ve personally experienced many of the things that bring people to counseling. My professional training coupled with my history helps me understand your concerns and resonate with your thoughts and feelings. One of the greatest needs many experience is to be heard and understood…to be “seen.” This is possible through counseling. This may result in healing, greater wholeness, and becoming closer to being the authentic person you are divinely designed to be. With support, accountability, and intentionality it’s possible to achieve a more stable and satisfying life. I use the following therapy models to help facilitate healthy change: Bowen (Family Systems), Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Gestalt, Narrative, Schema, and Structural. By temperament, training, and passion, I’m best equipped to help with issues related to marriage, family, grief, divorce, relationships, suicidal ideation, emotional disturbances, life transitions, and self-worth.
